The Project
Jacobite Cruises operate tours on Loch Ness from two locations on the loch. Tickets are sold from the departure points and various other locations around Inverness.
Due to issues with the original provider Jacobite commissioned Alchemy Plus to take over support and Enhancement of the Booking Application and to develop an new integrated Website to improve visitor conversion.
The Solution
Alchemy Plus successfully took over the legacy application and are still maintaining and enhancing the software to support Jacobite’s business. In partnership with 2bcreative a completely new website was designed and built. Vicky Brock of Highland Business Research provided SEO consultancy on the project.
The revised website dramatically improved the visitor conversion rate.
